Bob was on the last days of his Easter holidays. His final term at University would start on Tuesday of the following week. Babs said, "I agree. The phone crackles so much, and the WiFi is not good in my bedroom. When Jo and I are chatting in the evening, it's nearly impossible. Please change that as soon as possible.
